摘要
本文研究了温度对ABS塑料抗冲击性能和断口形貌的影响。结果指出:ABS抗冲击强度随试验温度下降而降低。低温冲击断面由断裂源、光滑区、放射区和粗糙区组成,随温度升高,光滑区和放射区尺寸增大;高温下的冲击断面由断裂源,应力发白区、放射区和粗糙区组成,随温度升高,应力发白区尺寸增大。观察到两种类型抛物线形貌,结合断口分析探讨了温度对抗冲性能的影响。
The effects of temperature on impact strength and fractured surface morphology of ABS plastics were studied in this paper. The results shown that the impact strength decreased with decreasing testing temperature. The morphology for lower temperature fractured surface consists of fracture origion, smooth region, radiation region and rough region. The size of smooth region and radiation region increased with rising testing temperature. The morphology for higher temperature fractured surfaces consists of fracture origin, stress whiten region, radiation region and rough region. The stress whiten region become larger with increasing testing temperature. Two types of parabola patterns have been observed on ABS plastics impact fracture surface. The effects of testing temperature on impact properties were discussed.
