摘要
对热等静压方法制备的(Nb,Ti)C-35Ni金属陶瓷的高温抗弯强度进行了研究。采用XRD,SEM及TEM等方法对该金属陶瓷的显微结构作了分析。结果表明,在氧化气氛中,温度为700℃时该金属陶瓷的抗弯强度就明显下降,温度为1000℃时其抗弯强度约只有室温时的20%。
The flexural strength of (Nb, Ti)C-35Ni cermet at high temperature produced by hot-isostatic-pressing was measured.Test results show that the flexural strength of the cermet as a function of temperature decreases obviously at 700℃ and the higher the temperature,the more rapidly the flexural strength decreases. The flexural strength of the cermet at 1000℃ is only 20% of that at room temperature. The cermet will be oxi-dized as TiO_2,NiO and NiTiO_3 in an oxidizing environment at high temperature. The oxidation strongly affects the flexural strength at relatively high temperatures(about 700℃), thus limiting the potential operating tempera-ture range for the cermet.
