摘要
用组织化学及免疫组织化学方法检测22例肝细胞不典型增生(LCD)的γ-GT酶、甲胎蛋白(AFP)、癌胚抗原(CEA)的表达情况。其中17例同时应用显微分光光度计检测其DNA含量,以探讨其与上述3种肿瘤标志表达情况的关系。结果显示:LCD的肿瘤标志表达既不同于非不典型增生之肝细胞也不同于肝细胞癌,其DNA含量均值及倍体分布介于癌与非不典型增生肝细胞之间(p<0.05~0.01)。DNA的改变与肿瘤标志的表达存在一定的内在联系。提示LCD是一类轻重不同的增生性病变,其中含非整倍体细胞较多的或许是肝细胞癌的癌前病变。
The expressions of γ-glutamyl transpeptidases(γ-GT),alphafetaprotein (AFP)and carcinoemybryonic antigen(CEA) were studied histochemically in 22 cases of liver celldysplasia(LCD).The nuclear DNA content of the cells wasmeasured by OPTON Ⅲmicrospectrophotometry in 17 cases of LCD, The results showed that the three tumor markersin LCD were neither like those in HCC nor like thosein non-dysplastic liver cells. The meanDNA content and the distribution of the euploids of LCD lay between those of HCC and nonliver cell dysplasia(P< 0.05~0.01)These results suggest that LCD is a group of proliferatingcells,and those with rehtively high ratio ofaneuploid cells might be premalignant.
