摘要
对沙田柚的花柱结构,自、异交授粉后花柱中有机物的动态变化进行了组织化学测定和光镜观察,结果为:1)沙田柚花柱由表皮、皮层薄壁细胞、维管束和花柱道组成.花柱道由内表皮细胞即通道细胞和鞘细胞组成,花柱道的通道细胞为腺细胞,具传递细胞的结构特征.2)自、异交授粉后,花粉管从柱头进入花柱的生长过程中,花柱中的有机物依次出现了从皮层薄壁细胞→鞘细胞→通道细胞→花柱道的梯度变化。
The stylar structures and the dynamic changes of organic matters in the styles after self-and cross-pollination of shatinyu(Citrus grandls var shatinyu Hort.)were studiedby the histochemical measuring and the light microscopic observation.The results are as follows:a)The style of shatinyu consists of epidermis,coxtex,parenchyma cells,vascular bundles and stylar canals.The stylar canal is composed of passage cells and sheath cells.The passage cells of the stylar canal are gland cells and show the structural characters of transfer cell.b)During the pollen tubes entering styles from the stigmata after self-and cross-pollination,the organic matters in the style occur the changes from coxtex,parenchyma cells,sheath cells,passage cells to stylar canal successively,so as to suit the necessity of the pollen tubes lengthening and its walls forming.
