本文全面地介绍了醋酸纤维发展的历史，从浆粕开始制造醋酸纤维（醋酸长丝）的工艺过程，包括溶液准备，纤维素活化，乙酰化，水解，醋酸纤维素沉析，熟成，压榨，干燥及醋酸原液的纺丝。另外还介绍了醋酸纤维制造过程中主要辅助车间的醋酸回收，醋酸制造及两酮回收。
The development history of acetate fibre is entirely introduced.The technological processes from manufacturing pulp to acetate filament yarn include the preparation of solution, activation of cellulose,acelytation,deposition of cellulose acetate and ripened,launder,squeezing,drying as well as spinning.The introduction is also included the main auxiliary workshops such as acetate recovery,manufacturing anhydride acetate and acetone recovery
