摘要
探讨了光电位置传感器PSD(Position-SensitiveDetector)位置检测精度的标定及光扫描特性的动态测试方法。采用将角度信号转换成位移信号,再由PSD接收、转换,最后经数据采集系统采样、计算机数据处理而得到光扫描的角度、频率、线性、幅频特性等参数。
This paper probes into the demarcation of the Position -Sensitive Detoctor (PSD) and the dynarnics testing method of the optical scanning characteristics. The scanning angle sign is transformed into displacement sign. Then, the sigh is received by PSD. The optical scanning parameters,such as o and f,are sampled and processes in a sampling system.
