摘要
讨论了相移逻辑云纹法用于三维形状测量的原理,并给出了多个测量实例,实验证明,此法可快速得到物体的三维形状轮廓图.误差小于10%.
This paper discusses the 3-D shape measurement using phase-shift and logicalmoire (PSALM) method. Several specimen have been tested. The experimental results verify that the 3-D shape contour can be measured quickly by this method and the error isless than 10%.
