摘要
用HNO3-HF-HCIO4分解试样和ICP-AES测定岩石、土壤和沉积物中九种主要成分。方法简便、快速,测量精密度和准确度令人满意。相对标准偏差小于3%,是测定岩石、土壤和沉积物中主成分的比较理想的方法。
The samples were decomposed by HNO3-HF-HCIO4 and nine major elements ingeoloical rock,soil and deposit samples were determined by Inductively Coupled Plasma Atomic Emission Spectroscopy.Precision and accuracy of the method are satisfactory.Relative standard deviation Is less than 3%.The method Is simple,rapid and accurate
