摘要 本文对交互校验可变内标法进行了介绍,并应用于XRF测定Zn、Cd、Ni、Cu中选择内标元素,提出了以PAN膜富集XRF薄膜法测定工业废水及人发中微量Zn、Cd、Ni、Cu的新方法。方法检出限(μg/cm2)分别为Zn0.078,Cd0.15,Ni0.059,Cu0.076。测定方法简便准确。 The cross-check variable internal standard method is described and is applicated to selection of variable internal standard element in the determination of Zn,Cd, Ni,Cu by X-ray fluoresence spectrometry. A new method is described for the determination of trace amounts of Zn,Cd,Ni,Cu in waste and human hair by XRF after preconcentration with PAN polyacrylonitrile membrane. The detection limits of Zn,Cd. Ni,Cu are 0.078.0.15,0.059,0.076 μg/cm2, respectively. The method proposed is simple and accurate.
