摘要
本文报道应用加压螺钉内固定治疗肱骨近端移位性骨折42例,35例经18（6～40个月）个月的随访,结果满意,无严重并发症。本文阐述了加压螺钉内固定的方法、优点和手术指征,并通过手术后结果的分析,提出了防止技术失误的方法和纠正措施。
42 cases of displaced fractures of the proximal humerus were treated by open reduction and internal fixation using compression cancellous bone screw- Of the 42 fractures, 35 cases were obtained 18 months (6 to 40 months)follow-up. The results were satisfactory. There were no serious complications. This report described the technique of the open reduction and internal fixation with compression screw,stated the major advantages,the main indications for using the compression screw internal fixation and, by analysing the post-operation results, pointed out the measure and the methods in preventing technical errors.
