摘要
本文通过实验室和现场研究对三种单人携行具进行了生理学及工效学评价。方法为令受试者在不同时间使用不同型号的等负荷携行具行走,于行走前、中、后对各项指标进行测定。结果表明,使用Ⅱ号携行具身体重心位移最小,代谢率最低,肌力下降最少,随行走时间延长其步频增加率和步幅缩短率最少,说明其生理与工效学性能最优。而使用Ⅰ号携行具,其重心位移,能量代谢率、呼吸运动、肺功能、步频与步幅、肌电积分值等各项指标变化均为三种携行具中最大的,主观疲劳症出现的也最多,说明其性能最差。通过本实验建立了一套用劳动生理学及人体工效学评价携行具性能的方法。
Three kinds(Ⅰ,Ⅱ,andⅢ)of single carrying equipment were physiologically and ergonomically evaluated.Tests were made during walking of each individual with different kind of single carrying equipment of equal weight in different time. All physiology and ergonomics indexes were measured.The results indicated that the equipment Ⅱ was the best one in character of physiology and ergonimics because the displacement of the body's centre of gravity was the least,the metabolism rate during march was the lowest,the reduction of the muscular power was the least, and the increasing rate of step frequency and decreasing of step width were the least.The carrying equipment Ⅰ was the worst one in all of the results of test indexes,At the same time,a set of evaluation method for physiological and ergonomical characteristics of carrying equipment was estabished.
