摘要
新型5号CO助燃剂由于改进了载体制备及金属加入工艺,使微球状助燃剂的物理性质可与裂化催化剂相匹配,具有耐磨性能好、筛分组成集中、细粉少、堆密度大等优点。使用时的流化性能好,损耗低,密相床停留时间长。与第一代工业用助燃剂相比,铂用量节省30%~56%,金属保留率由130%提高到260%,充分发挥了活性组分铂催化氧化CO的作用.
This paper discribes a novel CO combustion promotor, used for the regeration of FCC catalyst.Owing to the process improvement in preparation of tile carrier and addition of metal, the novel microspherical promotor possesses physical properties, compatible with those of FCC catalyst.This novel promofor is characterized by a better abrasion resistance, a narrower fraction distribution, a lower content of pulverized powder and a higher bulk density. This promotor is high in fluidization Performance and has lower loss during longer operation in dense phase. This novel promoter has reduced the comsumption of platinum by 30 to56% and increased the metal retention rate from the previous 130% to 260% compared with the first generation of commercial CO promotor.
