摘要
研究了长碳链聚酰胺PF尼龙的辐射交联。PF尼龙Ⅰ ̄#的起始凝胶化剂R_g为0.33~0.35MGy,PF尼龙Ⅱ ̄#的R_g为0.43~0.47MGy。用IR、Raman和DSC研究了辐照PF尼龙的化学结构和热学性质。结果表明,辐照文联PF尼龙分子链上有C=C和C=N双键结构产生,其熔融热△H_m、结晶热△H_c、结晶温度T_c和熔融温度T_m随辐照剂量R的增加而降低。空气中的氧对PF尼龙的辐射交联有一定影响。
The radiation crosslinking of long carbonic chain polyamides PF nylon Ⅰ ̄# (PFN Ⅰ ̄#) , PF nylon Ⅱ ̄# (PFN Ⅱ ̄#) were studied. The doses for incipient gel formation (Rg) are:Rg (PFN Ⅰ ̄# )=0. 33~0. 35 MGy, Rg (PFN Ⅱ ̄#) = 0. 43 ̄0. 417 MGy. The chemical structure and thermal properties of irradiated PFNs were studied by means of IR , Raman and DSC. There are C=C and C=N bonds in irradiatied PFN. △H_m ,△H_c, T_m and T_c of irradiated PFN are decreased with increasing the radiation dose .The influence of Oxygen was observed.
