摘要
本文介绍一种复合自润滑耐磨带材的研制及其性能。该材料是以金属网为骨架,以聚四氟乙烯和石墨为主要润滑减磨组份,以硅酸盐粉末为主要耐磨组份,并加适量的六氟丙烯为增强亲合剂的自润滑衬套材料。它采用特定的工艺条件制成,具有良好润滑性、耐磨性、导热性、耐蚀性和尺寸稳定性,而且拆装方便、不污染产品和环境,使用寿命长,适用于纺织、食品、印刷等轻工业机械,也可用于飞机、汽车等制造工业,作为—50~250℃条件下的自润滑衬套。
The article is referred to a study for manufacturing processes of com-posite strip material with good self-lubrication and wear-resistance properties.Un-der a specific technology the self-lubricating composite strip material with a long service life can be produced by taking rnetal gauze as a skeleton,teflon and graphite as main components for lubrication and antifriction and silicate powder as a wear-resistant component,and adding an appropriate amount of hexafluoropropene as an affinity-strengthend agent. The composite strip material wear-resistance,beat-conduction,corrosion-resistance and dimensional stability. In addition the strip ma-terial is easy to dismantle and assemble without any contamination of processing products and environment.The material can be made into various self-lubricating bushes used under the temperature condition of-50~250℃. The bushes are suitable applying to light in-dustries such as textile , food and print,machines and also to aeroplane and automo-bile industries.
