小型高铬铸铁磨球(φ8mm)的研究 被引量:1

摘要 对比研究了φ8mm的高铬铸铁和轴承钢磨球。结果表明,高铬铸铁磨球具有比轴承钢球更优良的抵抗磨粒磨损及腐蚀磨损的组织与性能,其硬度(HRC)高于轴承钢球6~9,抵抗冲击破坏的能力比轴承钢球高10倍以上;在于磨和湿磨两种三体磨损条件下,高铬铸铁磨球耐磨性比轴承钢球高20%~60%,而其成本仅相当于轴承钢球售价的1/2左右,因此在生产中用高铬铸铁磨球取代轴承钢球将会产生显著的经济效益。 AbstractThe structures and propertles of HCr(high chromium cast iron)balls with 8 mmn in diameterwere evaluated in comparison with respect to bearing balls with the same size. The correspondingtest results indicate that HCr balls exhibit better properties and performance than bearing balls. The hardness HRC of HCr balls is HRC 6~9 highsr than that of bearing balls and the impact re-sistance of HCr balls is at least 10 times as large as that of bearing balls.The abrasive and corr-osive wear resiStances of HCr balls are 20%to 60%higher than those of bearing balls.Moreover,the cost of HCr balls is about half of bearing balls.It may be concluded that if bearing balls aresubstituted by HCr balls,it will bring us marked benefits.
