摘要
本文就25例SLE患者临床及免疫学特点进行了分析。25例均符合1987年ARA修订标准。男5例,女20例,男女之比1:4。年龄最小14岁,最大52岁,平均33±19岁。病程40 d至9年。临床上以发热、皮疹、关节痛居多。以非特异性症状作为首发症状者或育不典型皮疹者常延误诊断。ANA、ds-DNA及LBT的阳性率分别为65％,35％及46％,并对其临床应用价值进行了讨论。
The clinical and immunological charac-teritics of SLE were observed in 25 cases. The incidences of fever, skin eruption and joint pain were higher than that of others. The nontypical symptom and skin eruption should make it difficult to be diagnosed, and ANA, ds-DNA, LBT would have significant value on diagnosis to SLE.
