摘要
总结分析了应用内固定治疗股骨干骨折150例的临床经验。治疗结果:优130例,良13例,优良率达96％,迟缓愈合7例,占4％;临床愈合时间最长110d,最短30d,平均60d。其优点是:解剖对位;手术简便,器械简单;术后处理方便,能够早期负重并进行功能锻炼;术后并发症少和晚期功能恢复好;明显缩短住院时间和减少医疗费用。
The clinical experience of interfixation in 150 patients with fracture of femoral dia-physis was summed up and analysised. The result of treatment was that 130 patients were healed excellently, 13 well and 7 de-layedly. The rate of both excellent and good was 96 percent (143/150). The duration of clinical-heal was 30-110 days (average 60 days). The advantages of the interfixation were anatomic reduction, simple and easy operation, uncomplicated appliances and convenient in post-operation treatment. The patients could be permitted to load and do function training early, Meanwhile, the patients also had decreased complication and excellent recovery of later function. The in-hospital days were narkedly shorten, medical fee spent by the patients was significantly reduced.
