摘要
本文对钛电极的交流阻抗谱进行了解析,发现钛电极存在弥散现象.用CPAE(constant-phase-angleelement)来描述弥散效应拟合精度较高.本文将电介质的松弛极化特性与弥散现象联系起来,对CPAE的物理意义进行了理论探讨.分析了影响CPAE特征参数k,β的有关因素.
Dispersion phenomena caused by surface passive film are obsewed through analysing Nyquist diagrams of Ti electrodes.It has been found that the dispersion effect of Ti may be simulated by a constant-phase-angle element(CPAE)With impedance z=K(jω)Based on the equivalent circuit shown in Fig.2,the calculation accuracy of this method is better than that in reference[1].Connected the relaxation of dielectric with dispersion phenomena of Ti,the physical meaning of CPAE is discussed.
