摘要
本文通过电化学测量,椭圆偏振术,和AES分析技术研究了321不锈钢大幅值载波钝化膜与小幅值载波钝化膜间的差别,证明了大幅值载波钝化膜耐还原溶解能力较好与膜中组成成分变化有一定的联系.
An investigation was carried out on the difference between an A.C.modulated passive film on 321 stainless steel with a large A.C.amplitute and those with a small amplitude by means of electrochemical,ellipsometrical and AES techniques.Results show that the A.C modulated film with a large A.C.amplitude has higher resistance against reductlve dissolution in an acldlc medium than those modulated by small amplitude.Further analysis indicates that the results can be ascnbed to diffefCnt compositions and structures between these two kinds of films.
