大开口板连接区域的非线性分析

Nonlinear Analysis of the Bolted Plate with a Large Opening

摘要 用钉元来模拟螺栓的传力和连接作用,用二维有限元方法分析具有螺栓连接口盖的大开口板结构的受力状况,考虑了钉元刚度的非线性,把一个大型复杂结构按局部非线性处理.本方法可以分析各螺钉的载荷分配系数,方法及程序具有实用性. Pin elements were used in this paper to imitate the action of connection and transmission of forces of bolts. A 2-D Finite element method was employed for the stress analysis of bolted plate structures with a large opening. The Nonlinear behavior of the stiffness of pin elements was considered, and a complex structure was treated as a local nonlinear problem.The structural material may be metal, fible reinforced composites or their compournd. The present method can be used to analyse the coefficient of load distribution of all bolts. The method and the program developed in this paper have practical values.
