摘要
将含有0.5%引发剂的蓖麻油以一定的流量连续通过装有钢球的不锈钢管反应器,于550℃、6.0kpa压力下进行裂解,所得粗产品经减压、蒸馏分离可获得较高收率的庚醛和10-+-烯酸,为蓖麻油深加工提供了一种新的途径。
It is a process in which castor oil is pyrolyzed in a stainless steel tubular reactor packed with steel balls in presence of 0.5% initiator. High yields of heptaldehyde and 10-undecylenic acid arc obtained at 550℃ under reduced pressure of 6.0 kpa. A new way is thus provided for deep-processing of castor oil.
