摘要
本文应用酶免疫斑点试验和试管凝集试验两种方法检测血清６８１份，作布氏病普查及两种方法检测结果比较。试验表明布氏菌和０：９型耶氏菌有强烈的血清交叉反应，酶免疫斑点试验能明确区别两种交叉抗体，因而具有较高的检测准确性。
serums were checked by spot ELISA test and tube agglutrnate test to detect brucellosis and to compare the results of the two methods.The results show that there is a intense serum cross-reaction between brucella and yersinia. Spot ELISA could make a clear distinction between the two cross-rea cting antibody.
