摘要
本文介绍了WSHF-101型红外水分仪的工作原理和仪器结构,讨论研制中遇到的主要技术难点和解决方法,并对仪器的应用结果进行了分析。
A moisture analyzer based on the absorption eharacteristic of water molecules in the near infrared region is described.It has the advantages of fast regponse and continnous, accurate and contactless measurement. The operation prineiple, sensor structure and the hardware and software block diagrams are introduced. The relationship between signal receiving angle and measurement distance, the deviation of calibration curve and other technieal problems met in the design process are discussed. The application results are analyzed.
