摘要
用扫描电镜和X-射线衍射分析研究SmCl_3在钽探针表面原子化时,发现了由于SmTaO_4嵌入钽探针而形成镶嵌结构,它影响了测定的灵敏度,并由实验结果说明了衬钽技术的重要性。
After the determination of samarium using tantalum probe atomization, an intercalation structure was found on the tantalum probe by scanning electron microscopy and X-ray diffraction analysis. The experimental results show that the intercalation structure formed by the intercalation of SmTaO_4 into TaP affected the determination sensitivity . An interpretation for the importance of tantalum foil -lining technique was given according to the experimental results.
