摘要
介绍了一种在无冷柱头进样器和特殊注射器情况下简便可行的冷柱头进样技术。以海洛因、秋水仙碱、正三十烷醇为研究对象，考察了本方法的定性、定量偏差，提出两种溶质聚焦方法。
A simple and convenient cold on-column injection method was introduced for capillary gas chromatograph with no special injector.Its deviations in quantitative and qualitative analysis were validated by using heroin as testing samples. The results showed that its precision in quantitative analysis,repeatability of its retention time and the column efficiency were good enough for practieal analysis.
