摘要
本文论述有关升膜蒸发器的设计及其在炼油厂中溶剂脱沥青装置的溶剂回收部分及酮苯脱蜡装置滤液、蜡液系统的溶剂回收部分的应用,多年生产操作及标定核算证明,采用升膜蒸发器可以大大地节省换热面积及相应的设备钢材用量和设备的占地面积。
This paper describes the design and application of climbing film evapo-rator in some refinery processing units.For example,climbing film evapor-ators have been used for solvent recovery in solvent deasphalting units and in filtrate and wax solution systems of solvent dewaxing units.Long period commercial operation and data runs have confirmed that the adoption of cli-mbing film evaporators in the place of other type evaporators can remar-kably reduce the heat-exchange surface area and thus the amount of steel used as well as the ground occupied.
