摘要
本文介绍CGE289-5/2 PLM型提花毛圈经编机的结构特点、成圈过程和梳栉横移运动。在此基础上阐述了提花毛圈的形成,地组织的变化,意匠设计等工艺应用。
In this paper, the mechanism and characteristics arc introduced and analysed for CGE2S9-5/2PLM jacquard warp knitting machine. On the basis of discussing knitting action and guide movement, the technical practice is explained including jacquard plush forming, ground stitch variation and pattern grid design.
