摘要
本文进行了PV型旋风分离器和国外最新水平的GE型旋风分离器的实验室模型冷态性能对比试验.结果表明,PV型旋风分离器性能已全面赶上并略超过国外的最新水平.进而又探讨了PV型旋风分离器的两个关键尺寸参数KA和d_r值的合理选取和PV路分离器的性能估算问题.本文由试验数据回归出的压力降阻力系数计算式可以较准确地预测分离器的压力降.根据边界层理论模型修正的粒级效率计算公式,物理意义明确;用它计算分离器除尘效率与试验实测结果吻合得很好,可以推荐使用.
The performance characteristics of the newly developed type PV cyclone separator were test on ??400mm models with 325 mesh talc powder under ambient temperature and were compared with the foreign-made modern type GE cyclone. The results indicate the PV cyclone is equivalent or sightly surpassing the GE cyclone in performance. Rational selections of two key configuration parameters, K_A and dr, that significantly affect the performances of cyclone are also examined. An expression for resistance coefficient ξ, regressed from test data, can give more accurate pressure drop values for PV and GE cyclones. The lateral-mixing model proposed by Leith and Licht (1972) has been modified with the derivation of a modified equation for fractional efficiency η_i. The dust collection efficiencies of PV cyclone computed by the modified equation agree well with the experimental data, suggesting that the modifications are correct.
