摘要
本文分析了盘式刹车系统在制动过程中存在的模糊性,指出这种系统不但要求耐磨损、寿命长,以确保刹车安全可靠,而且还应节约能耗,因而必须恰当地选取摩擦系数f及制动正压力F。同时论述了刹车系统的模糊优化设计模型,并举例进行了设计计算。
This article makes a study of the fuzziness in the course of braking of disc brakes, points out that the brakes should meet a demand not only for high wear--resistance and longservice life in order to ensure safety and reliability but alsofor efficient energy consumption and therefor the frictioncoefficient f and normal brake-force F must be appropriatelyselected. The article discusses then the fuzzy optimum designmodel of the brake system and Presents a design example.
