摘要
在列管换热器中,当冷流体的出口温度超过热流体出口温度时,称温度交叉。此时,用单壳程换热器串联的方法比使用多壳程换热器更为合适。换热器串联的设计,应首先求解串联的各台换热器之间的冷、热流体温度,然后就可正确地完成设计任务。
In case the outlet temperature of the cold stream is higher than that of thehot stream in a shell-and-tube exchanger(known as temperature cross),it is bet-ter to use single-pass shell-and-tube exchangers arranged in series than amultiple—pass shell-and-tube exchanger.First of all,temperatures of the coldstreams and hot streams between the exchangers in the series must be foundbefore proper designing of the exchanger.
