摘要
１９９１年６月至１９９２年１２月，采用仰卧位经坐骨大孔输尿管下段结石体外震波碎石术（ＥＳＷＬ）６１例。与传统的俯卧位相比有碎石效果好，结石排出率高，术后不良反应少等优点，应是输尿管下段结石ＥＳＷＬ的首选方法。

cases of the lower ureteral stone were treated by ESWL,from June 1991 to september 1992.
Aftertreatment with ESWL, the chance of success is high,the excretion rate of stones is also high,
and there areless postoperative improper side-effects, and so on. The authors consider that ESWL
from greater sciaticforamen should be the method of first choice in removing lower ureteral stones.
