摘要
为探索硒的抗白血病机理，观察了硒代二半胱氨酸对白血病Ｕ９３７和Ｋ５６２细胞ｃＡＭＰ、ｃＧＭＰ及细胞周期的影响。结果表明，用３．０μｍｏｌ／Ｌ硒代二半胱氨酸作用３天后，白血病细胞生长和增殖被抑制，其细胞内ｃＡＭＰ含量增加，ｃＧＭＰ含量减少，ｃＡＭＰ／ｃＧＭＰ比值在Ｕ９３７和Ｋ５６２细胞分别从０．２４和２．０８提高到１．５３和４．７７，Ｓ＋Ｇ２／Ｍ期细胞百分比分别减少３．８％和１２．３％。
n this article,the effects of dicysteine selenium were
observed on the level of cAMP,cGMP and cell-cycle in leukemia cell lines(U937 and K562 ).After
incubation for 3 days with dicysteine selenium at aconcentration of 3.0 μmol/LIC50, the level of
cGMP decreased significantly(P<0.05),and the level ofcAMP increased markedly(P<0.01),when
compared with the controls. Meanwhile the ratio of the num-ber of cells in S + G2/M phases
decreased significantly after the addition of dicysteine selenium. It wasdemonstrated that
dicysteine selenium can inhibit DNA systhesis and division of U937 and K562 leukemiacell
lines with a higher ratio of cAMP/cGMP.
