摘要
我科自１９７７年７月至１９９４年８月，应用３７种皮瓣、第Ⅱ足趾及大网膜移植，进行组织修复和体表器官再造共４５７例。其中应用显微外科技术吻合血管的皮瓣１１１例，第Ⅱ足趾移植３４例（３８指），吻合血管的大网膜移植１例，轴型皮瓣１２６例，岛状皮瓣１８５例。用于１０个部位体表器官再造２８４例，组织修复１７３例。并对皮瓣的选择与评价做了讨论。
cases of tissue repair and surficial organ reconstruction were carried out by using 37 kinds of skin grafts, the second digiti pedis and greater omentum graft from July 1977 to August 1994, which included 173 cases of tissue repair and 284 cases of surficial organ reconstruction from 10 regions of body. 111 cases were transplanted with anastomic blood vessel of skin grafts by using microsurgical technique, 34 cases (38 digit) with the second digiti pedis, only one case with anastomic blood vessel of greater omentum, 126 cases with axial type of skin grafts, and 185 cases with island-shape of skin grafts. The selection and evaluation of each kind of skin graft are also discussed.
