Measuring the Thixotropic Parameters of Whole Blood from Healthy Young Subjects

摘要 本文用Low Shear 30流变测定仪及其附件,记录切变率分别为1.285和2.37秒^(-1)时男女青年全血的二条扭矩衰减曲线,按Huang方程,用非线性参数估计法,计算出五个触变参数,方法较简便,便于推广。其结果与Huang的报导很接近。这些参数与红细胞压积(HCT)之间的关系和我们以前的结果是一致的。男女两组,各有被试者32例;男子组的τ_0,μ,(ηS-μ),A,ARC明显大于女子组,而c和n值在两组间无明显差异,本文认为造成这种差异的原因,可能主要是由于男子组的HCT明显高于女子组。 With the Low Shear 30 rheometer and its accessory instruments, two torque decay curves of whole blood from young men(n=32) and women (n=32) were recorded at shear rate 1.285s^(-1) and 2.37s^(-1) respectively. Following Huang's equation, using the non-linear parameter estimation method, we calculated the five thixotropic parameters. The procedure was quiet simple and very easy to be popularized. The results of measuring were comparable to that in Huang's paper. The relationship between HCP and these parameters in the study is consistent with that in our published commumication. The values of τ_o, μ, (ηs-μ), A, ARC in men group were higher than those in women group, but there were no statistical differences of the values of C or n between the two groups. This paper discussed the possible reason of these differences. It was likely that the differences were attributed to higher HCT in men group than that in women group.
