摘要
本研究应用免疫酶斑点试验(DIBA),是酶联免疫吸附试验衍生的新技术,经对313份皮内变态反应阳性者血清(及部分全血)和47份健康者血清,与布鲁氏菌病常规血清学诊断方法相比较,用流行病学和成本—经济效益分析对DIBA进行综合分析,结果表明:DIBA在布病实验室诊断方法上有较高的实用价值。其灵敏度、特异度均高于其他方法(分别为21%、95%),并可用微量全血替代时静脉血作为检测样品,稳定性强,与那尔森氏菌O:9型无交叉反应。该法快速、省时、成本低、被检者易接受,适用于基层单位开展大样本布鲁氏菌病流行病学调查的筛选工作,弥补了布鲁氏菌病实验室检测技术的不足,社会效益、经济效益显著。
ot Immuno-blotting Assay(DIBA )is a new technique derived from ELISA。In this study,serum sam-ples collected from 313 patients with positive intradermal allergy and 47 healthy people were tested with the DIBA and other methods of routine serological diagnosis for the comparison。The DIBA method was svntheti-cally analysed by epidemiology and economic benefits。The result showed that the DLBA had more practical usage with high stability,both higher sensitivity and specificity(2l%and 95%respectively )than other methods。 There was no cross reaction with Yersinia entercolitica serum type :9.The tested sample could substitute micro whole blood for the cubital vein bloo.This method is suitable for the epidemiological survey of the large number of he samples of brucellosis in the field for its quickness,time saving,low cost and ac-ceptableness,remedies for defects in the other diagnostic assays of brucellosis,and provides with significant social and economical benefits。
