摘要
在微电脑控制的小样品升降温控制装置上,用透射电子显微镜研究了鼠肾组织在快速冷却后冰晶生长的一些特点,并结合传热分析方法和结晶动力学理论,定量地研究了肾细胞核内冰晶随位置的分布。
By a mirco-specirnen cooling and rewarming device equiped with a programmable microprocessor,ice-crystal growth features in kidney tissues plunged into freon 22 are primarily investigated in the transmission electron microscopy. The ice crystal size at any location of a cell nucleus of kidney tissue is experirnently investigated.With the results of heat transfer ana-lysis and the theory of crystallization dynarnics,the experirnental results are discused.
