摘要
通过对近８０年来台湾地震和大陆汛期降水分布的分析，得出台湾弱震年对应着江淮流域多雨，长江的大涝年均出现在弱震年．
There are 23 seismic quiet years in Taiwan region,during the period of 1910 to 1992. The heavy flood disasteryears over Yangatze river are almost appeared in the seismic quiet years, the mean position of abnormal precipitationregion is located on 27-- 33°N. According to the location of high soil temperature axis in preceding winter and the seismaspcts of Southeast China and Northeast China,we may predict the flood disaster regions before a half year.
