摘要
讨论了仅在上扣扭矩作用下油管锥形螺纹联接部分危险截面的应力状态和计算方法，并计算了相当应力σ＿（ｘｄ）与周向应力σ＿ｔ，指出上扣扭矩过大可以导至油管过早损坏。
Abstract This paper discusses the stress state on the dangerous cross-section of the coneround thread acted only by the make-up torque and the calculation methods. The valuesof the equivalent stress σ_(xd) and the circumferential stress σ_t are gotten using the formulas in the paper .It is presented that the over-torque of the make-up may lead to the damageof tubing ahead of time.SUBJECT TERMS: tubing, thread coupling ,tapered thread ,make-up torque,stress analysis analysis
