摘要
在进行水电机组推力轴承的润滑计算时,考虑了油膜温度沿厚度方向的变化,以及油膜上、下表面的热传递;变以往的绝热能量方程式为非绝热能量方程式,实现了油膜温度分布的完全三维求解.计算结果与实测值比较有很高的精度.
Lubricant temperature variation across the film thickness and heat transfer of upper and down surface of lubricant film is taken into account in lubrication calculation of thrust bearings. Non-isolated energy equation,not normal isolated energy equation,is adopted.Entire three-dimensional solution of lubricant temperature distribution is realized. Good agreement is got between the set test results and the thermoelastic hydrodynamic solutions.
