摘要
气压自动卸荷导轨控制系统的性能取决于喷嘴-挡板式位移传感器和气压放大器的结构及系统初始工作参数的匹配。根据理论分析和实验结果,选择了锐边喷嘴-挡板机构作为位移传感器,提出了新的放大器结构设计方案。在此基础上总结了设置各工作参数初始值的规则,模型实验结果很好地验证了上述设计和分析的正确性。
The characteristics of the controller system of the automatic regulating pneumatic unloadingguideways depend on the structures of the load senser(a spray-block mechanism)and thepressure amplifier.Simultaneously,they are influenced by the matching of pararneters of theinitial states of the system.An acute-headed spray is selected as the load sensor,and a newstructure of the amplifier is designed.The principles of determining the parameters of the initialstates are summarized based on the theoretical analysis and experiments.The results of the modelexperiments show that these designs and analyses are correct.
