摘要
应用高脂饲料喂饲老龄豚鼠造成“老年高脂血症”模型,观察了化痰、祛瘀、补肾(命门)药及复方对实验性老年高脂血症血清总胆固醇(TC)、甘油三脂(TG)、高密度脂蛋白(HDL)、低密度脂蛋白(LDL)的影响,并进行比较研究。结果显示:单纯化痰药、祛瘀药、补肾药虽可使TC、TG、LDL下降,HDL升高,但均不能使血脂水平恢复正常,而复方作用占有明显优势,说明老年高脂血症的治疗宜扶正祛邪同用,标本虚实兼顾。
