摘要
本文对传统的莱尼斯法制备钛乙醇盐的缺点作了分析,有针对性地对合成方法作了某些改进,醇盐产率有较大提高.如果在实际生产中,采取改进措施,则可进一步提高溶剂的回收率和醇盐产率,从而降低生产成本.
The problems and causes presented in the preparation of titanium tetraethoxide by conventional Nelles method have been discussed. Sythesis process of Ti(OEt)4 is improved on the basis of above discussion. Yield of Ti (OEt)4 increase from75 % to 79.8%~83. 8%. If we adopt some improving measures in commercial production, the cofficient of recovery for inert organic solvent and the yield of Ti (OEt)4 shall he futher increased, thus reducing initial cost. The highpurity, ultrfine, monodispersive TiO2 powder is obtained frompreparaed Ti (OEt)4 by hydrolysis of titanium alkoxide. All physicochemical properties of TiO2 UFP have met the technical requirement for electroceramic industry.
