摘要 减少有效材料的用量是变压器生产中一个亟待解决的问题,用优化设计的方法是完成这一任务的主要途径.本文是在设定变压器的额定容量、电压调整率、铁芯磁密及各有关系数均为定值、绕组接法给定的条件下来探讨铁芯的最佳尺寸,以达到节省有效材料降低成本之目的.本文还列举了一个用此法计算的示例,其结果是可取的.文中的算法适用于短路此不太大、电压不太高的变压器,这样的变压器作为电力变压器和特种变压器使用范围是不小的. Reducing the amount of effective materials is a problem that needs to be solved urgently in the manufacture of transformer. The optimum design is the main way to solve this problem. In this article the optimum dimension of iron core is discussed under the condition that the rated capacity, voltage regulation coefficient, md'tiction of iron core, and the Other relative coefficients and parameters are supposed to be given, so that the goal for saving effective materials and lowering the cost can be achieved. Moreover, an example is given to illustrate this method, and the result is desirable. The algorithm of this article is suitable for the transformer with smaller short circuit ratio and lower voltage, which has wider range of usage whether as power transformer or as special one.
