摘要
本文报道利用杂交瘤技术制备了抗精氨酸加压素单克隆抗体,通过鉴定,证明所得抗体稳定性好,对精氨酸加压素有较强的特异性结合,对赖氨酸加压素和催产素基本无反应。用免疫双扩散技术还证明所得抗体属小鼠IgM类。
A hybridoma cell ling secereting monoclonal antibody (McAb) against argi-nine vasopressin has been developed. Double immunodiffusion test showed a IgM nature of the McAb. The titer of the ascite fluid and the purified McAb were 1 : 25600 and 1 : 2560 respectively. The McAb has been found to highly react with arginine vasopressin and slightly cross-react with lysine vasopressin, but not with oxytocin on ELISA.
