摘要
探索碳纤维复合材料旋转超声钻孔设备及工艺.换能器采用压电陶瓷材料,进给由步进电机驱动,从而使结构大为简化.单片机作为中心控制,实现预定轴向力进给加工,而且超声波发生器具有频率自动跟踪的能力.试验表明,此项研究可望作为一种有效的新工艺方法.
The authors introduce a kind of revolving ultrasonic drilling machine for carbon fiber reinforced polymers and make a thorough study on revolving ultrasonic drilling mechanism. The energy transducer structure of the machine is simplified poily due to adopt piezoelectric ceramics and stepping motor driving. The fixed axial fed force is implemented by a single-chip microcomputer controlling, and the ultrasonic wave generator has the ability to track frequency automaticaly. The experiments show that the research would be a new effective process approach.
