With the view of energy saving,a membrane method on the oxygen-enriched combos-tion was developed.The calculating models reported in this paper can be applied to initial design in glass melting furnace using the membrane method on oxygen-enriched combustion. A esigning example on the glass pot furnace was given,The results show that the operat-ing conditions chosen in this work are suitable to the economical glass melting process.
