摘要
利用自制的准固态力学性能测试装置，系统地研究了铝硅会金凝固过程准固态力学性能。从固相率的角度统一定义了铝硅合金准固态区。并深入讨论了铝硅合金准固态力学性能参数，即准固态温度区间、强度、断裂应变等对热裂倾向性的影响。
In this pape,the mechanical performance in semisolid state during solidification process of Al-Si alloys have been investigted by means of a self-made apparatus.The semi-solid interval was defined based on the solid fraction ratio,The effects of some characteristic parameters,i.e,semisolid temperature interval,sttength,cracking strain on the tendentiousness hot-tearing,were discussed.
