摘要 木文介绍了用CPA矩阵法同时测定多组分体系的基本原理和实验方法。用该法在UV-265分光光度计上,不经分离同时测定去痛片中的氨基比林、非那西丁、咖啡因、苯巴比妥四种组分的含量,方法简便、快速、准确。计算程序用BASIC语言编制。氨基比林、非那西丁、咖啡因和苯巴比妥的平均回收率分别为100.5%,100.5%,100.4%和100.7%。 Proposed in this paper is a basic principle and an experimental technique ofthe matrix spectrophotometric determination of the components of certain Anodynetablets. The method was simple and rapid as well as accurate because simulta-neous quantitative analysis of the four components was accomplished without pre-liminary separation. The recovery rate determined was 100. 5% for Amidopyrine,100.5% for Phenacetin. 100. 4% for Caffeine and 100. 7% for Phenobarbitalum.A BASIC computer program has been developed.
