摘要
就镍铁合金刷镀过程中电极相对运动速度、施镀电压、温度等参数对镀层光亮度、硬度和耐磨性的影响进行了试验,得知工艺参数配合关系的重要性。其中电极速度与施镀电压的配合,对光亮度和耐磨性的影响有决定性的作用;电极速度对耐磨性、电压对硬度、温度对光亮度的影响是第一位的。通过优化试验,提出了获得最佳光亮度,最高硬度和最高耐磨性镀层(与淬火45号钢相比)的施镀工艺。
The effects of process parameters on plating film's characteristic were discussed. It was
proved that electrods' relative motion speed coupled with plating voltage has decisive effect on the
brightness and wear resistance of the film. Electrods' relative motin speed's effect on wear resis
tance, plating voltage's on hardness and temperature's on brightness were the main couples. The
plating process to gain the best brightness, the highest hardness and wear resistane were reported
based on the optimization test.
