摘要
在直线度测量数据处理过程中,运用坐标变换法时,往往不能一次正确估计“高—低—高”或“低—高—低”点的位置,所以需通过多次坐标变换才能达到目的.这就降低了此法的实用性.本文旨在介绍一种实用性强,易于推广的直线度测量数据处理法.即微机法.采用此方法,只要将测得的原始数据输入微机,便可获得符合最小区域原则的测量结果,并绘制出直线度误差曲线.
As the data of straightness measurement are processed, Coordinate Transform method can not estimate the positions of High-Low-High or Low-High-Low correctly once. So the practicabilities of this method are reduced. The destination can not be reached by using Coordinate Transform method for one time. This paper introduces a data processing method of straightness measurement, which is practical and easy to popularize, i. e. Microcomputer Method, After inputting the raw data into a microcomputer programmed this method, you can obtain the measurement results which correspond with the minimum zone principle, and also get the curves of straightness errors.
